CAREI Assembly
Mission
The active involvement of member school districts in the CAREI
Assembly is fundamental to linking the College of Education and
Human Development (CEHD) with Minnesota's K-12 teachers and
administrators and to meet educational needs through rigorous and
neutral research.
The CAREI Assembly is comprised of six CEHD faculty members and
representatives from each member district listed below.
The goal of the CAREI Assembly is to keep communication open and
the Minnesota education community informed of the latest issues and
needs.
Benefits of membership include:
- Access to assistance from our staff members and links to
other University resources
- Participation in our Assembly meetings in which districts share
concerns and problem solving strategies for dealing with today’s
complex educational issues and reforms
- Reduced rates at CAREI-sponsored conferences
- Opportunities to participate in CAREI educational research
projects
