Dr. Arthur Reynolds, Professor of Child Development, University of Minnesota
Dr. Judy Temple, Professor of Applied Economics, University of Minnesota

Drs. Reynolds and Temple joined the U of M faculty in January 2006 and are highly regarded as national leaders in the economic analysis of early intervention programs. Dr. Reynolds is the Principal Investigator on the Chicago Parent-Child Project and has consulted with a number of states on early childhood policy issues.
