Featured Speaker
|
Louise Stoney,
Alliance for Early Childhood Finance
Speaking from her
publication of the same title, Louise described an approach to early care and
education policy built upon a deep
understanding of family needs and child care
markets, a range of investment strategies,
and a commitment to developing finance and
policy aimed at ensuring that all children
have access to high quality early care and
education. Additionally, she stressed the
need for public policy that acknowledges the
economic returns from parenting and the
investments families make in their children.
