Louise Stoney, Alliance for Early Childhood Finance

Speaking from her publication of the same title, Louise described an approach to early care and education policy built upon a deep understanding of family needs and child care markets, a range of investment strategies, and a commitment to developing finance and policy aimed at ensuring that all children have access to high quality early care and education.
