Transferring into the College of Education and Human Development from within the U of M
This page is designed to help students from within the U of M transfer to undergraduate programs in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD). U of M students typically transfer to the CEHD their junior year. At the time of application there are requirements specific to the program of interest that students must meet. See the links on this page to the undergraduate programs offered in CEHD for details.
Application deadlines
Application materials are due by the following deadlines:
- February 1 for fall admission
- October 1 for spring term admission
Application materials
Applicants to these undergraduate programs must submit two separate sets of application materials to:
- College of Education and Human Development (CEHD)
- University of Minnesota (Undergraduate Change of College form [.pdf])
Four to six weeks after the application deadline, applicants will receive written notification of CEHD’s admission decision by e-mail and postal mail.
