Change of status application instructions
If you are already a University of Minnesota Graduate School
student in another department or track, you must fill out a
Change of Status/Readmission Application in place of the
Graduate School application. This includes current CSPP master’s
students who are applying for the doctoral program.
In addition, you must submit to CSPP hard copies of a personal
statement, letters of recommendation, and a resume or CV. Please
refer to the appropriate sections in the
CSPP application instructions for more details on these
requirements.
