Two former students (C. S. Ding and S. K. Kim) and I have organized a
symposium for AERA (April 11, 2001, Seattle, WA) entitled Educational
Applications of Multidimensional Scaling and Related Structural
Equations Models (SEM). These three papers authored or co-authored
by me will be included in the symposium.

batteries.
- Connecting structural equations model analysis and profile
analysis via multidimensional scaling. (with S. K. Kim)
- Investigating the relationship between profile patterns and
other variables: A structural equations approach. (with C. S.
