Directions to the Laboratory

By Car:
To park, we advise the University Avenue Ramp, and as a second choice the Huron Boulevard Parking Complex.

Coming from I-35W:
take University/4th Street exit and go east on University Avenue
after several blocks and stoplights, the entrance to the University Avenue Parking Ramp is on the right

Coming from I-94:
take the University of Minnesota exit at Huron Boulevard
continue on Huron Boulevard as it becomes 4th Street
turn left on 18th Avenue
turn left at University Avenue; after a block, the entrance to the University Avenue Parking Ramp is on the right

then for all:
park car in the University Avenue Parking Ramp
walk out of the west doors of the ramp
walk around the University Recreation Center to the main doors
check in at the front desk -- tell them that you are going to the laboratory and ask for further directions
take the stairs or elevator to the basement to University Recreation Center 27
 

By Bus:
Many Metro Transit buses go to the University. To obtain the best connection to the lab at Cooke Hall, call Metro Transit or visit their Website. The address is 1906 University Ave. S.E.
