Urban Leadership Academy

We are pleased to announce the following program for the 2006-2007 Urban Leadership Academy (ULA) season. It includes local and national experts in leading change, building successful schools, transforming organizational culture, and managing social culture. Additional information about the ULA program and workshops, including registration information, will be sent to participants later this month. Each workshop will be held from at the Continuing Education and Conference Center (formerly the Earle Brown Center) at the University of Minnesota St. Paul campus.

A partnership between the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota and Twin Cities area school districts, the ULA seeks to provide high quality professional development opportunities to assist school leaders in creating high performance schools, and to enhance teaching and learning in an era of rapid political, social, economic, cultural, and educational change.

Registration

Staff from non-member school districts may attend ULA events for a fee. Fees usually range from $90 (half day) to $150 (full day) per person.
