Description: Overview of the
theory and practice of organization development
intervention of Appreciative Inquiry (Al). The focus of
this course is to understand the type of large scale
change management contexts suited for Al, the process
and practices that guide implementation in a diverse
range of organizational settings.

Description: The goal of this
course is to familiarize students with design,
implementation, and management of e-learning and
knowledge management projects in various organizations.
The course includes face-to-face meetings and extensive
online work. The online portion of the course is
structured in a format that imitates the use of
e-learning delivery options, used in higher education
and corporate settings.
