CEHD Mentor Program: How to apply

1. Confirm your eligibility for the program. Become familiar with program expectations and your role/responsibilities.
2. Download and print the mentor application form.

3. By applying to the program you have agreed to participate. If you are selected, you will receive additional information regarding your student match and the upcoming program activities. The matches will be completed by the end of October.
4. We make every attempt to match the mentors and students according to your selected preferences. In the event we cannot find a suitable match, you will be informed of the situation.
5. Mentor applications will be accepted throughout the year, but must be received by October 10, 2008 for participation in the 2008-09 program.
