McEvoy Recognized for Years of Service Mary McEvoy, former Director of CEED, was honored at the 2001 Round Table for her seven years of service to the Center. Current Director, Scott McConnell, praised McEvoy for her energetic leadership on early childhood issues in the College and at the University and her success in bringing new visibility to early education and development issues, particularly among legislators and policymakers.
