1997 - present, coordinator of sport management/education specialist, Graduate School faculty, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn.
Administration and management of the sport management major curriculum, adviser to all students in the program and instructor for four core courses in the major.

1993 - 1997, director of Women's Athletics, head basketball coach, lecturer III. Hamline University, Saint Paul, Minn.
Administration and management of nine intercollegiate sports programs and coaching responsibilities including scheduling, recruitment, budgeting game management, facility scheduling, practices and competition in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Taught physical education pedagogy courses, First Year Seminar and supervised student-teachers.
