How to Use the APR Summary Reports

You can view customizable summary data reports for one state or all states (regular or unique) including Enrollment data, Participation data (Regular Assessment, Out of Level Assessment, Alternate Assessment, No Assessment) and Performance data (Regular Assessment, Alternate Assessment Based on Grade Level Standards, Alternate Assessment Based on Alternate Achievement Standards), and Overall Statistics.

To use the APR Summary Reports:

  1. Choose a year of administration (e.g., 2003-2004) and state or group of states from the pop down menus (e.g., All Regular States).
  2. Click Run Report.
  3. Run a new report by clicking the Back button and the Reset button, and make new selections.
