- Foundations courses like Learning, Cognition, and Assessment; Developmental and Individual Differences in Educational Contexts; and Technology for Teaching and Learning.
- Methods and clinical experience courses such as Curriculum Innovations in Art Education, Improving Art Programs in the Schools, and Theory and Practice of Teaching Art in Elementary Schools.
- Teaching internship
