Student involvement opportunities

Collegewide student organizations
The CEHD Undergraduate Student Board is the governing body for all of the CEHD undergraduate student organizations and clubs. Be the voice for CEHD students, groups, clubs, and organizations with the dean and other College leadership; build a strong CEHD student community through regular meetings, special projects, events, and activities; and serve as a roundtable for students to share common concerns and issues related to their experiences at the University. To find out more, visit the CEHD Undergraduate Student Board page.
ASEHD stands for Association of Students in Education and Human Development and is open to all CEHD students. ASEHD’s purpose is to bring students of different majors within the College together for social events (bowling, movies, dinners out together), community service (volunteering at Gillette Children’s Hospital, Relay for Life, Beautiful U Day), and professional development events in and around the University campus. Thirty students receive a service scholarship of $600 a semester, contingent on completing 15 hours of service that semester in ASEHD activities. To find out more, visit the ASEHD page.
