Nick Goffard

I am a proud first-generation college student, turned student affairs professional, who is committed to helping students identify their interests, explore their identities, and pave their own futures. I received my BA in sociology and organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Afterward, I earned my MA in leadership in student affairs from the University of St. Thomas - Minnesota. When I'm not working directly with the McNair Scholars summer program supporting our exceptional scholars, I serve as a career counselor in CEHD Career Services. Outside of work, I'm a committed CrossFitter who enjoys volleyball and distance running on the side (I ran my first marathon in October 2021). Other than fitness, I love being on the water, petting as many dogs as possible, and trying out new restaurants and coffee shops here in the Twin Cities.
