Padah Vang

Padah is passionate about increasing educational opportunity and equity. She is student-centered and supports students holistically by inviting them to bring their whole selves.

A part of her work is grounded in her first-generation college experience and her time as a Breakthrough Twin Cities and College Possible student. After graduating from Colorado College where she majored in Sociology, she knew that she wanted to continue access work. She joined St. Olaf College TRIO Student Support Services for Students with Disabilities where she co-created and co-developed their new TRIO program.

Outside of work, Padah enjoys cruising, art, and new experiences!
