My research area is relevant for university’s management, especially in human resource management. The effectiveness of HR management is determined in most cases by ensuring consistency in management. This means that the general strategy is consistent with the HR management strategy. I am interested in achieving the activity of the management mechanism by providing a set of measures that contribute to the formation, use and development of human resources. Therefore, issues such as the compatibility of human resource management methods and their correspondence with the university strategy have become a very important and relevant topic in solving the set of problems that need theoretical analysis and justification. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to consider the integration of HR management methods and general strategic organization decisions in a new way. Relevant research in this context is HR studies based on the role and function of management in an organization. This topic requires deep research and creation of scientific concepts. That is why I am trying to assess the benefits and contribution of this study to the development of our university. This is the demand of today's society. I believe that it is possible to solve a number of key issues based on the combination of society's demands with science. Thus, this program will help me achieve my long-term professional goals.
